Project overview

High-speed FPV flight

The goal is a fast, agile FPV drone that could reach around 100 mph, then hold steady over a scene.

Stereo camera + FPGA

The FPGA should sync and timestamp stereo frames and IMU data, then send matched, numbered image pairs to a ground computer for SLAM.

Iterative testing

Simulation, bench tests, and flight trials should check speed, steady observation, and stereo data quality as the design develops.
